
Dr Johnatan Everaert
Introduction
Dr Johnatan Everaert is an orthopaedic surgeon, specialising in pathologies of the knee and hip. Having graduated with the highest distinction from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), he also holds an Inter-University Diploma in Surgical Pathology of the Knee from the Université Grenoble Alpes. He completed his training with advanced specialisation in arthroscopic surgery of the sporting knee at the Brussels Orthopaedics & Sports Institute (BOSI).
His practice is mainly dedicated to the management of knee and hip pathologies, notably ligament and meniscal injuries, degenerative conditions, and joint replacement surgery. He performs robot-assisted surgery for knee and hip replacements in order to optimise surgical planning and precision.
Alongside his clinical work, he is involved in university teaching activities and research projects focusing in particular on robotic surgery.
As a board member of the Belgian Royal Society for Orthopaedics and Traumatology (SORBCOT), Dr Everaert is actively involved in the development of the speciality in Belgium and in promoting scientific and clinical excellence.
Dr Everaert practises at the Hôpitaux IRIS Sud and the Châtelain Orthopaedic Centre, where he provides personalised care aimed at helping every patient regain their mobility and quality of life on a long-term basis.
